The story of a "Stamping Fanatic" and his pursuit of the perfect metal flow.
Twenty years ago, Shengjie Stamping started as a humble workshop with just two second-hand presses and one man's obsession. Our founder, Mr. Yang, wasn't just a businessman—he was, and still is, a self-proclaimed "Stamping Fanatic."
While others saw cold steel, he saw potential. He spent countless nights sleeping next to the machines, tweaking dies by hand, listening to the rhythm of the press to diagnose issues by ear. His philosophy was simple: "There is no 'impossible' shape, only a die that hasn't been designed yet."
This relentless passion transformed a small local shop into Wenzhou Hengya Hardware Co., Ltd., a trusted partner for global giants like Honeywell and Logitech. Today, we may have advanced robotics and ISO certifications, but that original "garage spirit"—the hunger to solve the hardest problems—remains our core DNA.
Capability that 95% of stamping factories simply don't have.
This is our crown jewel. While most factories rely on standard vertical presses, we operate six rare, military-grade horizontal deep drawing machines.
Horizontal presses allow for extreme draw ratios (length-to-diameter > 10:1) that vertical presses physically cannot achieve without tearing the metal. This lets us produce seamless, ultra-long tubes and housings—perfect for aerospace, military, and high-end sensor applications.
These machines offer superior wall thickness control and concentricity. If you need a component that is long, thin, and perfectly straight, our "Secret Weapon" is the only way to manufacture it efficiently.
